Testing for Lead & Copper

Springs Hill SUD customers,

On a National, State, and Local level, there is increasing awareness to drinking water quality. In 2024, every Water Company and Municipality in Texas had to test their water and waterlines for lead and copper. Springs Hill was found to not have any lead or copper in their drinking water in our lines. Now the State of Texas is asking that we help residents and businesses test their own waterlines for lead and copper. Springs Hill will  perform this test for free and provide you with your individual results. The test is simple as filling a provided sample bottle with water first thing one morning and return to Springs Hill for Analysis by an independent lab. Once performed, we will return test results to the residence or business. To further incentivize you, those customers that volunteer to be tested will receive a one time $10 bill credit.
