Springs Hill Water Supply will continue issuing free water to customers through Friday, Februrary 26th. There is a 5 gallon limit and customers need to provide containers. Spring Hill understands the need for this service due to customer leaks and waiting for plumbers to assist.
Springs Hill appreciates everything our customers have done in the past and are continuing to do to conserve water. Thanks to your efforts we were able to recover as quickly as possible.
Boil Water Notice Cancellation

On Feb 17th, the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) required Springs Hill Water Supply Corporation (PWS ID 0940022) to issue a Boil Water Notice (BWN) to inform its customers that due to conditions which have occurred recently in the water system, all customers should boil their water prior to consumption.
Springs Hill Water Supply Corporation has taken the necessary corrective actions to restore adequate pressure, disinfectant levels, and/or bacteriological quality and has provided TCEQ with testing results that indicate that the water no longer requires boiling as of 2/23/21.

Springs Hill Water Supply Corporation is continuing to recover from the catastrophic events of last week.
The boil water notice is still on-going. Samples have been taken and submitted to the lab for testing. The boil water notice will be recinded as soon as the results have been confirmed.
Thank you for conserving water during this time. If customer have leaks and are unable to access water, free water is still being issued at the office. There is a 5 gallon limit per customer. Please bring your own container.
Thank you for continuing to conserve water during this time of repair by turning off the water using the customer cutoff when water is not needed.
New Update: Low Pressure and water outages

Springs Hill Water Supply customers are continuing to experience low pressure. Overnight the pressure in the system slightly rose doe to water suppliers continuing to send water.
Please continue to conserve water today.
Customers may voluntarily boil water for 2 minutes before consumption for peace of mind.
As the weather improves, the pipes are going to thaw. This may result in leaks on the customer side of the meter. Utilize the customer cut off on the customer side of the meter to turn off the water.
Please be advised that Springs Hill employees are not licensed plumbers and cannot make repairs on the customer side of the meter. Please do not attempt to turn off the meter on the main line side of the meter. Costly repairs are probable if the customer disregards this notice and they brek the meter.
Employees will assist customers by turning off the water on the main line side of the meter. Please notify the office to acquire this service.
Beginning at 12:00 pm Friday, February 19th Springs Hill is offering free water at the Springs Hill Water office at 5 gallons per customer. Customers are required to bring their own containers. This service will be available 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Saturday and Sunday.
The fire hydrant site is located at 685 Wagon Trail. Wagon trail is a side street north of the office. The office address is 5510 S. HWY 123 Bypass, Seguin TX 78155
As customers begin to venture out from their homes please notify Springs Hill Office of main line leaks that you may observe. The office number is 830-379-7683.

Customer Update: Low Pressure and Boil Water Notice

Update: February 18th 2021
Springs Hill Water Supply Corporation customers are continuing to experience low pressure due to high demand in all areas. The water suppliers for Springs Hill are continuing to send all the water they can produce. The customer demand is greater than the supply in all areas.
A boil water notice has been issued for the Hickory Forest area only.
All other areas of the county are experiencing issues due to the high demand for water. Springs Hill is unable to obtain more water than we are currently receiving at this time.Please conserve as much water as possible.
Please check for leaks on your property. It is the customer's reponsbility to repair leaks beyond the meter. Springs Hill Crews will be able to assist only with cutting the water off on the main line side of the meter if there is not an operational customer cutoff installed on the customer side of the meter. A licensed plumber will need to be called to make the repairs. Springs Hill employees are not licensed plumbers and cannot repair the customer leaks.
Springs Hill employees are continuing to work day and night to provide as much water as possible.

As a precautionary measure we are issuing a boil water notice to those customers with low pressure or extended water outages.
Boil Water Notice For Community Public Water System
Due to low pressure The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality has required Springs Hill Water supply to notify our customers to boil their water prior to consumption (ie washing hands/face, brushing teeth, drinking water etc). Children, Seniors and persons with weakened immune systems are particularly vulnerable to harmful bacteria and all customers should follow these directions. Bring the water to a rolling boil for 2 minutes then let cool.
